YH5/10W-XX HV SURGE ARRESTER

1. APPLICATION

Polymer housed metal oxide surge arrester without gaps (Abbreviation: MOA) type YH5/10W- 3 ~ 40 is applied to protect 3 ~ 40kV electrical transport equipment from damage by atmosphere over-voltage and operation over-voltage.

The outdoor normal application conditions are as following:

◆ Ambient air temperature within the range of -40℃ to +45℃.

◆ Altitude not exceed 2000m.

◆ Maximum wind speed not exceed 35m/s.

◆ Earthquake intensity not exceed 7 magnitude.

◆ Max pull force of conductor on the top of MOA is 147N.

◆ Frequency of the A.C power supply not less than 48Hz
and not exceed 62Hz.

◆ Power frequency voltage applied continuously between teh terminals of the MOA notexceed its continuous operating voltage
